Governance

Protocol parameters change through on-chain governance — proposals, voting, and timelocked execution.

What governance controls

• Fee tiers and treasury allocations
• Router and pool allowlists
• Verifier factory additions and circuit promotions
• Privacy entry policy (e.g. public shield enablement)
• Module authorizations on the shielded token

Voting

Token-weighted proposals with quorum and delay windows. Shielded tally modes apply where deployed — vote payloads can remain private while the tally is verifiable on-chain.

Timelock

Sensitive upgrades sit behind a delay so the community can react before execution. Emergency pause paths, if any, are documented in release notes — not bypassable from the app UI.

Treasury

Ecosystem allocations and LP incentives flow through governance-controlled treasuries. Bond auctions and liquidity mining epochs are contract-scheduled, not discretionary spreadsheet ops.

Hold AGS (when circulating) and use the Governance module. Follow community channels for proposal announcements.
